He eats, he moves, he spends time outside gardening... it's his mental state that can be a mess.&nbsp; He struggles with extreme anxiety, serious attachment issues (And, with some people, serious&nbsp;rejection sensitive dysphoria.), Self-harming thoughts (and suicidal ones) and Basil is seen having some degree of hallucinations, at least around Sunny, that may be triggered by extreme levels of stress (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder with Secondary Psychotic Features?).&nbsp;<br /><br />Overall he won't really show most of his negative issues, he's good at masking them, but they're there.
